Quit Smoking Cigarettes

So you're thinking about've just taken the first step to becoming healthier, happier, and more energetic. Congratulations on achieving your initial goal. Deciding to quit is among the hardest steps in the process of becoming a non-smoker. Some smokers never make it this far. They continue to smoke because they believe they can't quit..

Mark Twain said it best, “Quitting is easy. I've done it thousands of times.” And he's right... most current smokers have tried to quit at least once. I used to quit smoking every winter; I didn't enjoy smoking in the cold Indiana winter. I did it for years. You see, quitting is easy! If you really think about it, don't you quit smoking after every cigarette?

It's remaining a non-smoker that is the challenge. So, let me give you some incentive to stop smoking now:

After 20 minutes of not smoking your blood pressure and pulse rate have decreased. For those of you who believe that smoking relaxes you, this fact alone proves just the opposite.

After 2 hours the nicotine levels in your body have dramatically decreased. Think about this... remember the last time you couldn't smoke for 2 hours? Were you on an airplane, or at the movies, or at work? Did you wait until you got to your car to light up, or did you smoke as soon as you could?

After 8 hours the oxygen level in your blood rises to the same level as a non-smoker. Carbon monoxide levels drop, your brain and muscles are now getting normal levels of oxygen.

After 24 hours your risk of a heart attack has also decreased.

After 48 hours your senses of taste and smell have improved.

After 4 days all nicotine by-products have left your system. Your physical addiction to cigarettes is gone. .

But it's not the physical addiction to nicotine that causes most of us to resume this habit. Many smokers have smoked for years, sometimes as many as 50-60 years! Smoking has become more than an addiction. It has become a very smelly habit.

Many of the cigarettes we light up are automatic, learned from many years of repeating the same patterns. We get in the car, we light up. We answer the phone, we light up. We eat dinner, then we light up. I'm confident you can think of several other times that you automatically smoke because that's what you've taught yourself to do... by simply repeating the same actions again and again.

According to the American Cancer Society, smoking cessation programs that include behavioral and support therapies greatly enhance your ability to remain smoke free. In fact, they say that you'll be twice as likely to be successful.

So you're ready to quit smoking?

We're here to help. We've developed programs that will help you become a non-smoker. Whether you want to stop immediately or if you like to reduce the number of cigarettes you smoke per day until you quit, we'll help you create your customized smoking cessation plan.

That's right. Not some off the shelf program that has proven to have limited success, but a program specifically created for you. To address your needs. To enhance your ability to become and remain a non-smoker.

Think about how much you're currently spending on this habit... if you spend $6 per pack and smoke 25 cigarettes per day, that's $7.50 per day... you could treat yourself to lunch each day with that alone. But you probably don't smoke only one day per month, you're likely to be a committed smoker, you smoke every day. So each month you're spending at least $225, or $2700 per year to feed your addiction.

Cessation Program FAQS

How does the program work?

Our program works by developing a plan, created specifically for you, for both the physical and mental aspects of your smoking habit. By using proven smoking cessation strategies, like nicotine reduction, combined with visualization exercises and relaxation therapies, we're able to help you become a non-smoker.

Do I stop smoking immediately?

No, with our program you gradually reduce the number of cigarettes you smoke each week. In other words, if you currently smoke 40 cigarettes a day, once you enter the program you'll reduce the number of cigarettes to 35 per day the first week, and then reduce by 5 additional cigarettes each week until you're a non-smoker.

Couldn't I do that on my own?

Of course you could. But according to the American Cancer Society, most new non-smokers won't remain non-smokers for 6 months... in fact, about 94% who quit “cold turkey” will be smoking within 6 months. However, the American Cancer Society also tells us that programs like ours, that provide behavioral support greatly enhance your ability to remain a non-smoker. What we'll do is meet by telephone each week to see how you're progressing, discuss any issues you may be having, and find solutions that work for you to become and remain a non-smoker.

What is this relaxation therapy you spoke of?

Relaxation therapy works similarly to hypnosis, but you don't have to “go under” or be hypnotized for it to work. All you have to do is relax and listen to the audio recordings that we'll create for specifically for you. All you have to do is commit about 20-30 minutes each morning or evening.

That's all I have to do? Just listen to the recordings?

Well, not exactly. Our program does have some guidelines designed to help you to reduce your nicotine input... guidelines that are proven to help you become and remain a non-smoker..

Guidelines, you ask?

Yes, these guidelines are a part of the customized cessation plan that together we create for you. But the guidelines are not difficult to follow, and they are put in place to help you beat the mental aspects of your smoking habit.

And what is the cost?

Not as much as you'd think! Remember, you may be spending anywhere between $1800-$2700 per year on cigarettes. And you'd spend as much as $1000 for hypnosis sessions. Regularly priced at $499, we're currently offering this program for only $399 for a limited time. That's a full 20% off the regular price. That's right, only $399.
